2. Hosting
This website is hosted on the servers of Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel processes personal data on our behalf based on a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. Data transfers to the United States are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Server Log Files
When you access the website, our hosting provider technically collects the following data in server log files:
- Anonymized IP address
- Date and time of access
- URL accessed
- Referrer URL
- Browser type and operating system
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision of the website).
Retention: max. 14 days, after which the data is deleted.
4. Contact Form & Email Contact
When you contact us via the contact form or by email (hello@relyn.co), we process the data you provide (at minimum your email address, optionally name and message content) to handle your inquiry.
Purposes: Responding to your inquiry and, where applicable, initiating a business relationship.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communicating with inquirers).
Recipients / processors: Resend Inc. (USA), covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention: We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, and at most 24 months after the conversation concludes. If a business relationship is established, statutory commercial and tax retention periods apply (up to 10 years).
5. Cookies
This website does not currently use cookies requiring consent. No tracking or marketing cookies are deployed. Any strictly necessary browser storage (e.g., form state) is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and §103 of the Estonian Electronic Communications Act.
6. Reach Measurement (Plausible Analytics)
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service operated by Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia (EU).
Plausible sets no cookies, creates no device identifiers, and processes personal data exclusively within the EU. Only aggregated usage data is collected (page views, approximate city-level origin, referrer, anonymized browser/device).

7. External Links & LinkedIn
This website contains links to external third-party websites (notably LinkedIn). When you follow such links, you leave our area of responsibility. The privacy policies of the respective providers govern any data processing on those sites.
8. Recipients of Your Data
We share your personal data only with the following categories of recipients:
